Could not recommend a vet more, they were absolutely amazing with my pitty and were so understanding and accommodating to him as he hates the vet and normally has to be completely sedated. I felt so relaxed and at ease and i finally was able to get him the proper care that he needed. Will be coming back here every time!

We had a really great experience at Fox Creek, despite the reason for our visit. Our senior dog's time had come and we needed to get him in quickly to help relieve his pain. I called Fox Creek and they let us make an appointment 45 minutes later. We arrived and they already had our room set up so we did not have to wait or cause our sweet boy any additional pain or anxiety. I took my dog there after her regular vet told they could keep her until Monday and they said she needed to be euthanized right away and they only keep stable dogs. I asked for pain and anxiety medication for her to come home and have a vet do it at our home The vet said ' now your being ridiculous ' they didn't even know what was wrong with her and wouldn't help me just til Monday to see a neurologist. I will never stop feeling guilty for listening to them
I had a very disappointing experience at Fox Creek. My cat was seen on 11/5 after being lethargic, and after bloodwork they suggested possible cancer and urged me to get a same-day X-ray at VRA, which I paid extra for. The X-ray showed a mass, and an aspirate on 11/7 confirmed cancer. When I called Fox Creek for guidance after receiving the diagnosis, I was told I could only speak with the specific vet who saw my cat--and she wouldn't be in until Monday. WORST EXPERIENCE! : I made an appointment for my sick puppy thinking she would have the best care possible, but was met with the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Upon arrival, we were put in a room and saw a technician who told us the vet would be in, in just a second. 20...30...45 minutes go by, enough time for my dog to poop in the exam room (she has a stomach bug) and it smelled absolutely awful. WORST VETERINARY EXPERIENCE EVER- Where do I start? The lack of communication in telling us that even though we had an appointment, they had been overbooked that day and we would be waiting a while? We were there for 2 hours (no tests or anything done). The tech that placed us in the room said she would tell the doctor everything and be back in a second. An hour later, still nothing.
