Fox Group were very professional to deal with from the very first phone call. We needed to move 20 pallets of products from Bristol to Cornwall, ready for our new store to open. The Fox Group helped us meet a tight deadline. I highly recommend The Fox Group.

The team of movers were efficient, friendly and very helpful. For example, they took items from the wardrobe boxes and hung them in wardrobes - previous movers hadn't done this for us, and it was very helpful to have done. The team leader kept us informed of how they were doing progress-wise, and were also thoughtful in making sure we had rooms/items available to eat, sleep, bathe etc up until we actually moved out. The actual move went ok and the team worked well together. Only negative points were that we would have liked them to put down the usual plastic adhesive cling film over the cream carpets which we had always had in the past instead of a few grey blankets. Fortunately it was dry weather. Also having been told Fox’s we’re used to moving grandfather clocks, we have not been able to get ours going again since the move.
