Carl and Phil were excellent. It was a difficult move for us having to get out four flooded home .They ensured that we would the best we could in th circumstances. And they were careful with all of our stuff

I've been disappointed with Fox storage. The positives are the staff are friendly and the place feels secure and clean. The negatives are that the invoicing has been all over the place and a complete mess. On arrival, they had duplicated the deposit charge even though I'd paid this online before. Then I've received my second invoice which mistakenly had the deposit and padlock charge included (again!) plus the 8 week discount had vanished. I was informed that I would be paying more for a ‘premium service’ which I was happy with. Fox had been recommended to me. However, on the day, when putting the furniture in my new home, walls were marked, doors were damaged and the furniture was also damaged. I appreciate that accidents happen sometimes but this was through lack of care and rushing. Fox rectified the door and wall damage but there are marks to the furniture due to lack of care. I expected a better service and would unfortunately not recommend the company.

I had a fantastic self storage experience. The facility was clean and well-maintained, with easy access to my unit. The staff were friendly and helpful, always available to answer any questions I had. The security measures in place, such as cameras and alarms, gave me peace of mind knowing my belongings were safe. Overall, I would highly recommend this self storage facility to anyone in need of extra storage space.
