After I signed the paper with my flat rate price and they loaded my belongings I received a phone call informing me of another 1,000.00 price increase that could not be changed. I have NEVER been talked to so unkind and rude ever by a company. Moving is stressful enough but no one should ever be spoken to like I was on that day. They also damaged my refrigerator and refused to compensate for the dent they caused that was NOT there before moving it. DO NOT USE this company. I will never ever again
Most unprofessional moving company I’ve ever witnessed. Didn’t utilize the services myself but they’re helping someone move into the apartment I live in and they are SO LOUD. Some people have families and children who need to sleep. The people’s stuff is all over every floor: moving mats in the grass and dining table in the second floor hallway and I can only imagine what’s on the third floor where they’re moving in. I am happy to give you a review. Staff worked very fast. No problem with that except they would not slow down and listen. I have many things I can't locate. So many broken dishes and furniture. They broke a leg from my dining room table and brought it into the apartment dripping with wood glue. Office stated their guys "didn't carry wood glue" so it must have been someone else that glued the leg... Oh ok some random person on the sidewalk said let me glue that for you. Sure that happened.
