Great customer service extremely helpful. Very efficient, wrapped all glass items thoroughly and made sure all furniture was wrapped in blankets and secured. Great option if your looking for speedy and efficient service.

We used them to move from Sweetwater to Crossville .We had Johnny Curtis and Brandon .They did a awesome job . On time ,quick , professional and just did the best of jobs.It started with a super sales rep Michelle .If we move again they are the only ones I would use .Bravo !!!

I used fox to move me back in July. They showed up on time with the 3 guys promised. It had rained that day, so I figured it would take awhile to get me moved. They were super fast due to the 8 other guys showing up. I thought it was due to people canceling their moves and had extra help. Nope it was this guys friends. None of them were actual employees of fox except the original 3. We got to my brand new home where they trashed the walls in my hallway and my ceilings in my hallway. They also broke my dresser. After a walk through my house and knowing what furniture needed to be moved I was disappointed to have have to enlist help from others to move furniture and boxes that “didn’t make it on the truck”. I was told several times when asking about things that they “didn’t make it on the truck”. They took mirrors off dressers and left the mirrors at the old house. Also left TVs, lamps, all mirrors and even packed and labeled boxes. Three weeks later I still haven’t found the power cords to the TVs that were disconnected by ... read more

Never had more damage moving!! Used Fox to move to storage & then to new home. First crew crammed our personal property into 3 storage units causing damage & then Fox alleged we caused the damage! 2nd crew started off good but when they damaged our new driveway, they couldn’t leave fast enough & left our pool table in the garage!!! I would not recommend Fox & will not use them again! You get what you pay for!! If you care about your stuff, spend the money to have it moved correctly!!!
