Fox provided a quote for our move, which was $350 less than a competitor quote. However, after we paid our deposit, the owner conveyed that he incorrectly estimated the amount, but he would honor the price. Prior to our move, we sold two rooms of furniture, which decreased the amount of furniture counted in our initial estimate. Upon Fox arrival, we were told by the supervising employee that Frank, the owner, instructed his team to treat us poorly. My move happened. One of the men became injured after hitting his own head inside my former residence. He happened to be the youngest and biggest man of the three. I think it took too long and the pay rate was every fifteen minutes. I think there could have been some milking of the clock, But all in all it is done now and I believe this company would be able to handle a future move. I would use them again now that I know how they work.
they did a very poor job at deciding how many trucks they would need to move us, then showed up with a small 4 page list, and refused to move anything not on the tiny list, They left things behind, they broke things and would not pay for them. the young men stood around alot. and when they tried to run my credit card for the entire amount at 2AM, of course, my card security would not let such a large amount go through, so they became very ugly and threatened to hold my household contents, hostage. they came out, walked the e... read more
