They showed up on time. But cost us a lot of money in damages, they destroyed the legs on my new TV stand, shattered a $250 mirror because they said it came unstrapped in the truck. Scratched a gun safe so deep it could not be repaired, scratched and chipped the entire bottom of a bed frame because they could not take 4 screws out to make it fit out of the bedroom. Used this company a couple of years ago, and they did well. Went with them again for a bigger move and the quality was not as good. Scratches on the furniture, used couch cushions for packing pads and still waiting for the bed frame.
Fox Moving and Storage is one of the shadiest and dishonest companies I have ever had the unfortunate experience of dealing with. First, Donna in their office asked for an inventory of our belongings. She said a quote from another company would work. We provided a quote from another company and she said they were going to use that. She updated our quote to included an *inventory* charge but when she did that, she reduced the amount of weight by several thousand pounds which in turn cost us hundreds in overages. Terrible company to begin they were 4 hours late,they dropped furniture,we found broken items after the fact.The 3 guys argued between themselves because they all thought they were the boss.They were not friendly at all. I would never recommend this company to anyone................Very disappointed......

This was a moving nightmare. We have moved many times, this was by far the worst ever. It would be easier to say what wasn’t damaged, they didn’t even use the moving blankets to pad anything. We had Fox Moving and Storage of Knoxville, TN move us from Kingsport, TN to Fort Worth, TX and after the move we called to try to get a resolution and they were very unresponsive. We would have been better off to sell or give away the items we had moved, it would have been cheaper than getting damaged stuff to our destination.
