We can't thank Fox Pest Control enough. They called to do a routine rodent inspection and found mice in the attic and holes near or HVAC and other areas of our home built in 2021 that out builder never closed properly. Our builder also failed to properly insulate our attic. Fox came in sealed our home, removed all of the old insulation, treated and put in new insulation the proper way and the proper amount. My husband and I were customers of Terminex for 10 years or more! And have had the worst service ever at times until we met Thomas Midkiff! He was the bomb... did the best job ever at taking care of business. In fact I wouldn't allow anyone but him come and do our services! Because he had won our trust in doing the job right! I had some that come before him that weren't here but five minutes! So different when he started coming! After he moved on to bigger and better things we quit Terminex! John did a great job debugging our home. We have a big spider issue and he spent 45 minutes simply dewebbing the house and educating me on the different types of spiders I've been seeing. This set my mind at ease because they were all harmless. Thanks to John at Fox Pest Control!
I want them to stay off of my property. I called to tell them that and the rude operator would not even talk to me. Instead he shipped me off to a non English speaking idiot in another country. Bad customer practices. Stay off of my property. Your business model stinks!
We ended up buying a pest control service plan with Fox Pest Control after one of their salesmen came to our door with a fairly confusing offer. When we received the first bill for services we quickly realized we had been hoodwinked. We then allowed Fox to convince us that it is necessary to treat for termites, because our neighborhood shows "increased activity." Fox Pest Control needs to train it's workers better. I have three no soliciting signs in front of my house. THREE They aren't easy to miss either. I was in my kitchen making lunch for my dog when someone starts pounding on my glass kitchen side door. I look through the glass and there's a Fox Pest Control guy standing there. So this dude saw all three signs not to solicit and decided to avoid the front door altogether and then he proceeds to peep through the glass side door of my home and found me inside. A sales representative just came to our door at 8:30 PM uninvited, knocking loudly and then rang the door bell trying to sell services door to door. It is clearly posted on the entrance of our subdivision "NO SOLICITATION". I would be very wary of utilizing their services since they apparently cannot read and that would seem dangerous to to me when they would need to read the labels of the various chemicals they use.
