Writing to have my services for account #******* cancelled and not pay any fee since I have not had any services performed or paid anything up front. Nothing against the company the timing is just not right for me right now.

I called today, and was able to get a tech out within 2 hours. ***************** was so sweet & amazing!!! She really knew what she was doing; I was so impressed! ****** wasnt afraid to go into crawlspace and found the dead rodent & got rid of it!! Then treated the rest of garage & outside too! We have had a contract with Fox Pest Control for about two years now. Every time I call for service the response is fast and the technicians friendly and knowledgeable. Today, ***** came to service our house and she was delightful. We discussed what the problem was and what she was going to do. She is just a great person, and you are lucky to have her as an employee.
I have been with Fox for years and really love them. ******** has been my recent employee and has done superior work. I had an ant problem in my bathroom that he irradiated in one visit while explaining to me the how and why along the way. Today was the 1st time I was not at home when ****** arrived. I missed his smile and pleasant outlook! Regardless of my presence, I know a complete job was done. Out of a 1 to 10 scale, ****** is a 10 in my book. I wish that all customer involved services had folks like ****** ~ professional, diligent, and always attentive to the details. I know that my service has been done with pride. That is the way ****** always approaches his job. I appreciate him!
