Having had rats move in while my husband and I were in rehab (two different dog related injuries from two different dogs at two different times) we were at a loss as to how to deal with the problem. I’ve had an issue for about 8 weeks now. I originally went with a different company due to scheduling and switched to fox as the problem got worse instead of better. The difference is night and day. They are courteous, responsive, professional, helpful and committed to helping me with my problem.
This company does everything they say they will do. If you have an issue between scheduled visits, they will come and address it. So far they have kept their word on everything.
This review is based on our Technician Calvert C. Calvert is a big reason we stay with Fox. He is always kind and takes the time to listen to my concerns and addresses them. As much as I know I must bother him because who would want to spend more time than needed at a job site..he never seems bothered at all. He’s so genuine and trustworthy and for that I recommend Fox.
