Always courteous and efficient They call when they are to arrive and are on time.
Working with Fox has been nothing but a pleasant experience. The technicians are friendly and professional. An e-mail and/or text is sent so you know the date they will be servicing your home. Technician will always knock on the door to ask if you've experienced any issues since the last service. What's not to like? I recently had another company try to solicit my business, but I told him that I am with Fox and have absolutely no desire to change companies.
Your sales man *** was very informative and kind. He was not pushy in any way as some salesmen are. He answered all our questions. ******* who did the service was wonderful too. She was thorough and did everything that we were told we would get with the service package as explained by ***. Great company.

I was very happy with Fox Pest Control and their service. The service was first rate and their employee did an excellent job. The employee that came was friendly, honest, and a diligent worker.
Professionalism is the number one attribute of this company. Each technician is knowledgeable and very efficient in their job.
I never had a negative experience. Everybody has been pleasant and professional. They keep me informed with plenty of notice that they'll be at the house, and always follow-up after the service is complete. The treatments used are keeping the bugs out and I am thrilled that it's working. Highly recommended!
Josh called before he showed up. He told me when he would be here. He showed up right on time and went right to work taking care of the ant problem. While he was here he also checked around the house and found several wasp nest and carpenter bees as well. He treated for them as well. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. He was very respectful and courteous. I was told to call back at anytime with any questions or concerns. Very satisfied. Thank you Josh.

Foxes sales rep Haley, was polite thorough and was happy to answer all my questions. Eaton who came to the house the following day to apply the pest control. was also polite courteous, thorough and was happy to answer all my questions . This was my first application out of four. we will see how well their service works over the next 12 months.
