The sales person at my door did not seem to understand that I was in the middle of a contract with a different pest control company and was not interested in paying a fee to sign up with this business. I then informed the sales person that I needed to get back to my computer as I was working from home. He did not seem interested in stopping his sales pitch. Company is very unprofessional. I received 3 promise dates for initial service, all 3 dates were no call / no show by Fox technician. I followed up with numerous phone calls but never received the courtesy of a call back. Three weeks after the initial promise date I received an email stating that Fox was no longer providing the service which I requested and my upfront payment in full would be refunded. Hopefully they will process my refund faster than their typical response time.
This appointment was frustrating from the moment I called. The sales guy who initially set up my appointment was nice and good at his job. The rest of the customer service team thereafter was not. I emailed back and forth to get clarification on the cancellation fee that was in the contract I received, but my sales rep failed to mention it. Horrid company. Technician didn’t show or only came into driveway. (We have cameras). Never called to say when they were coming even though we were always told we would get a call. (We have a dog that is very anxious). After we completed our agreed to contract , I called twice to cancel service and THREE MONTHS later find a charge from Fox on my credit card.
