Was going to use this company but saw this video, https://www.facebook.com/superspeedersrob/videos/1026279441491469/ , showing how they over charge and bait & switch cars. After reading the other reviews, I am glad I didn’t rent with this company!!

I have been waiting in line for over 2 hours to pick up my rental. They have 2 employees on the busiest travel weekend of the year. The line has barely moved AT ALL. Ridiculous! Will definitely not recommend! Every other rental company here has moved through their lines at least twice in the same amount of time.
Do not rent from here first vacation I’ve taken out of state my family and I went to Florida and rented from them later on in the night after we had dinner we came back to our car crawling in roaches and when speaking to customer service they said they would have to charge for another car this is ridiculous and disgusting anybody knows how easily you can bring roaches back home with you and they weren’t even sincere or apologetic they threaten to hang up on us Becuase were swearing and very frustrated fucking roaches !!!! the worst car rental company and customer service ever. I am a fox reward member I made a reservation for vacation. I got the Florida discount rate because I am in Florida 9 days starting tomorrow. last week I called them to see if they could hold the car an extra hour since my flight had changed less people were on my flight and they canceled it.I was told they would give me a call back in 24 hours, here it is 6 days later no form of contact returned so I call them I was informed that the manager of Fort Lauderdale did not... read more
The worst experience renting a car ever. We waited 2 hours for our turn in line to find out all the cars in our prepaid price range were gone or in use. Counter Employee tells us to choose car from other price range. When we pack up car (family of 5 at 11pm waiting for a car) and start to exit airport parking another fox employee tells us we can take the car but they will have to charge us for the upgrade(hello, there were no cars in our prepaid price range, what else can we do?).
