Our plane was late. They only hold cars 3 hours. They gave away our car. I would never use them!
They will double charge you at the very least. Customer service is a joke, we were waiting in line for hours then there were no cars in the size that we had PRE PAID for. We had to just sit and wait longer in the hopes someone MIGHT return theirs. Paid for the toll pass, we were told at the toll road it wasn't included and we had to pay AGAIN Wont ever use again.

This place is a joke booked online then charged us again now 4 days in wait for over 2 hours nothing ever gets done I have never been so mad in my life person at counter had no clue what she was doing then when we finally got out to get car they had none so much for booking ahead
Going on 90 mins in line. Only two people working! Called the customer service and no one answers. I wish I would of spent a few more dollars and booked someplace else.
How about your corporate figure out how to hire and train knowledgeable, respectful, and professional customer service help at the counters. Those that actually deal with the public and know what they are doing. My experience was the worst customer service I have experienced from anywhere!
