LAST NIGHT MY CAR BROKE DOWN. IT TOOK 25 MINS FOR THE PROMPT TO ASK ME TO LEAVE A MESSAGE. 1 1/2 HRS INTO THE ORDEAL SOMEONE FROM OKLAHOMA CALLED BACK AND SUGGESTED THAT I WAVE SOMEONE DOWN FOR HELP. THEN SUGGESTED THAT SHE ONLY TALKS TO LIVE PEOPLE AND I WAS LUCKY THAT SHE CHECKED HER MESSAGES-THEN TOLD ME I HAD TO WALK 2 + MILES BACK TO MY VEHICLE ON A DARK MAJOR HIGHWAY. Avoid this company!!! I saw several negative reviews but gave them a chance anyways. They advertise one class of car to rent and give you a totally different class. They do not go by manufacturer classes, they make their own up. We rented a mid sized SUV and were given a compact, I showed them its classed as a compact and they said they don't care, they only go by what Fox classifies it as. I would never recommend this company to anyone. The employee, Zenaida, stressed that we should NOT fill up our gas tank when we return in. She stated that their gas was cheaper and would save us money. She stated they charged only $3.13/gallon. She even wrote "return empty tank" in sharpie on our printed out receipt. She was very adamant about this. After we returned the car we were charged $8/gallon!! Since the car was on empty (as instructed), it was over $110. Zenaida completely took advantage of us. I am very disappointed with the customer service and lack of professionalism from this rental car service. I booked a rental online and prepaid. I was charged a $400 deposit since I was using my debit card, which I was okay with since it would be refunded upon return. However, at the counter I was told I needed a credit card since we were going to drop it off at another location. I was told in order to get a car that day we should just pay with another credit card and all charges would be refunded to my card that had already... read more

TERRIBLE! If I could give this place zero stars I would! We rented a car through Priceline for a week. Paid in full with Priceline. Get to FOX around 9:30pm to pick up our car, our representative seemed annoyed by his job, but whatever we just need the car. Zips through all the details ask if I need an Ipass, No, rental insurance, No, etc, etc... As I'm completing documents he's asking me to initial on a pad that I understand what he is saying. They told me they had no cars even though I had a reservation. Then they proceeded to tell me the only way I could rent is if I was from out of state with a Airline ticket. I was in from Denver to work valid Colorado license and they denied my rental. Expect half of what they say.

This company is very racist and bias and needs to be investigated. The do not care about there customers and you can see that they do not want to assist there customers of color. The representative Emmanuel was rude and unprofessional then told us to move out of his way. He only acted like that with clients of color! This is a very racist degrading company that I will never do business with again!

Went with this rental place due to previously seen reviews. Wish we never went with them. Arriving at the airport, we followed the directions to get to the shuttle service. After waiting nearly 45 minutes, we were relieved to FINALLY see a Fox shuttle. Also, I should mention that our flight was delayed and we were approaching one of our reservation times (we had 2 rentals). Terrible! Was supposed to be $255 at pick up and ended up being over 1,000.00! They knew they could over charge us and there was nothing we could do about it because we had missed our flight and were late getting there. Not ethical at all. Then after they took half of our money and acted like a total **** about it they charged us for not filling up the gas tank (EVEN THOUGH WE DID AND VACUUMED THE CAR) when we dropped it off. And it was in better condition when we dropped it off than it was when we picked it up. All they cou... read more
