This was my second or third time renting with FOX. When I got to the airport I agreed to upgrade my car to an SUV. I got the the SUV and the smell of MARIJUANA was just so strong that I didnt feel comfortable going through border patrol checkpoints in New Mexico. They credited me back the upgrade charge and I stuck with my Fullsize. The first full size I got was I believe a Kia optima. I drove out of the parking garage and the steering was in bad condition. They forced insurance on us although we told them we had car insurance through our credit card (including insurance against third party). They insisted that the insurance was required by law, although this is a lie. They did not allow us to take the car without buying the insurance. We had to pay about $150 more as a result. The people were also very rude.
