This company needs to be shut down. I am so sick and disgusted at the way I've been treated by the employees here. I've been on the phone all day trying to get someone to speak with me. To whom it may concern: Good morning. I wanted to address a serious concern that I have with your rental company. I booked through Priceline for one day rental. I was told instructed that I could PICK UP my car at 5 a.m. This was sufficient enough time for me since I needed to pick up my son by 7 a.m. However, I was thoroughly disappointed when I stood around waiting for the airport shuttle to get there. We rented a car. The amount online was $300. We got there, very late after our flight was delayed. We told the employee that we are not interested in adding anything other than what's required for the rental. She nodded and continued to do the paperwork. When the papers are ready, the final amount rounded to $500. Awful place to rent. They lie on their website. Please add up the amount before you pay. because it does not add up correctly. Fox cancelled my reservation without my approval. I called they day before and Fox told me my reservation was good. That i just needed to pick it up. I got there the next day and they told me it had been cancelled!! I got stuck in the airport without a car! I had to rent from another place, because I wasn't going to pay again to Fox! They will scam you. I am owed $610,95 from Fox!
We received a minivan with a crack in the windshield, a rear seat with a backrest that wouldn't lock into place and a headrest that wouldn't clip in. And in addition to all these serious safety issues, the car was filthy upon pickup. When I called for help, William, employee #5455, was belittling, rude, and unhelpful.
We're lucky the rusted-out, holes-in-the-ceiling van that transported us from Denver airport to their car fleet made it. The rental facility looks like it was set up by a team of high schoolers on a budget: walls and ceiling unfinished, big fans because there's no ac in the heat wave. The shuttle service from the airports are literally non existent. The 2 shuttles at the denver airport were rusted and falling apart. Customer service isn't even an option if you need help with anything.
I wished I had read reviews before Priceline put me in a fox rental car. Wish there was a no star option! I rented through priceline for a car at Denver Airport. First of all we waited 45 minutes for the shuttle, which never arrived to bring us to the fox location. We tried calling Fox but no one answered.
