Everything, worst experience renting a car ever, could not find my reservation, waited over an hour to be told the type of car I rented was not available, told don’t bother calling customer service they never answer

Refused to honor my printed reservation, downgrading me from a compact to economy car (and trying to upsell me to a full sized) and then more than doubling the price. I refused and will never deal with this company again.
