RecommendedLayla was amazing! She talked to us about getting insurance for the car. It was a good thing because on the freeway leaving Los Angles there was a truck on the side of the road without a tire. And that tire was bouncing down the highway and hit the left side of the car. Worst rental company ever. Go elsewhere.
They tried to charge me for fuel when I filled up the vehicle to fill right before dropping it off and now days later they are trying to charge my credit card again. Will NEVER use this company again

Fox rental car was the absolute worst experience I have ever had picking up a rental car. I got there at 6:15 for a 6:30 reservation and I didn’t leave until 8:00. First they told me they didn’t have a standard SUV and I would jade to take a smaller car. I refused and insisted they give me the type of care I reserved. They found a car but it was being washed so I had to wait. Finally got the car(it was not clean) did the walk around and left. had to cut my trip short due to corona virus concerns and my original return flight being cancelled. They had 0 consideration and charged me more to return the car early even though the original plan was to drop off in a different location (which I prepaid more for) I ended up dropping off in the same location. they refused to modify the rental to return the $100 drop charge... tha is for nothing, I will not use them again.
