bad customer service. cars are dirty and high mileage. Theres a skinny black girl i ask her a question all she did was ignore me. What kind of people do they hire at this company. Wouldnt come back here even the manager was rude he goes by the name trent.
Worst place to rent a car! They ran out of rentals when I arrived and said there’s a place to drop keys off and it’s no where to be found! Probably going to miss my flight! Don’t skimp out on a car rental! Pay the extra money or a reputable rental. Mine was booked by my work so I had no choice! This place is terrible!

Fox is a dishonest unethical company that rents you cars that belong in a junk yard. Long story short, we prepaid for the rental and insurance. They bamboozled us into more insurance which wasn’t clear on the filthy little pin pad you sign on. When it was brought to their attention that we already had total loss insurance in place and a receipt to prove it they refused to refund the money.
