Fox Rent A Car was amazing for our trip. Check in was super smooth and the representative we got was helpful and informative throughout the process. During the check in I didn't feel rushed or pressured for any upgrades, or add-ons. We got the opportunity to drive a brand new Jeep with the option we selected via the website. I had very positive experience with Fox car rental company during my recent Tampa, Fl visit. Check—in and out was fast. All terms and conditions were explained at the register. All questions were answered. Given car exceeded our expectations. It was clean and fresh. We were provided dodge charger, but booked a smaller car. I will definitely use Fox car service as my next car rental company during my next Tampa, Fl visit

It was my first time renting a car. Omar made the experience great. He was very nice and helpful answering all of my questions. He got us the car we wanted for the week and made the process very easy. Turning in the car was very easy. Thank you Candy! We will rent from Fox again!

Definitely recommend. Very easy to navigate to at TPA. The agent at pick up was so helpful and gave us a great recommendation for dinner. The vehicle was spotless. I had booked the "random" option and actually received the same make/model I drive daily 🤣 drop off was super easy. I would definitely rent from them again.

My experience on 8/23/2023 was great. There was no line-no wait when I walked up. Had a reservation, and quickly finished my paperwork. My clerk was Israel, and he did excellent work getting me through the process and into the car. Car was full of fuel, and A/C was blowing cold as I drove away. The Check-In was just as easy. Darling got my receipt in under 2 minutes. I was walking to the terminal with my receipt super quickly. Will rent from Fox on my next trip in about a month.
