This was the second year I rented Fix tents at *************!I know some reviews have been bad but, it really was great. No wait!Courteous and friendly!Basic SUV Kia ******* ** fine and the price couldnt be beat!

I never write reviews, but I feel obligated to counter some of the negativity online about this company. I reserved my car at the ******* airport (trip was in early May 2023) in advance with Expedia. The price was markedly cheaper than nationally known brands. Before going on my trip, I looked at the reviews for Fox and was really worried that I had made a mistake. Everything was fine. I booked a rental and prepaid for it, turns out I could not use the rental due to the state I was going into. I called and asked if I could receive a refund on a prepaid reservation and it was granted. Thank you God I know you made this possible.
Fox rental has always been good to us. We book regularly and always get decent service a decent cars. The price is always cheaper. Sometimes the location of the fox rental facility is inconvenient but always worth the savings. Thanks Fox

We rented a vehicle from FOX during our trip to AZ. After we picked it up noticed some technical issues with the car. We came back to FOX at AZ airport. The staff were very professional and showed empathy to our situation. They exchanged the vehicle quick and bumped us a level higher from the previous vehicle at no charge. When we returned the lady who excepted the vehicle ( Rosalia) was very professional as well inspected the vehicle and sent us on our way. No wait,no delays.Great experience! Thank you FOX!

You can save a lot of money by renting a car from Fox, BUT you need to first understand that they do not operate like a typical rental car company. If that is your expectation, you are going to be disappointed. Just like Spirit Airlines, everything is a la carte and they will try to nickle and dime you to death. Those who rent from them frequently and "know the drill" will be pleased at the savings. Make sure you read every word of the "fine print" in your contract so you don't get surprised later.
