Francesca was an excellent mortgage advisor for me, a first-time home buyer. I didn't have a great grasp of how the mortgage process worked, but Francesca very patiently helped explain every step of the process and why it was necessary along the way. She also paid attention to what the interest rates were over time, and locked us into a very low interest rate at the perfect time - if she hadn't done that, we would've been stuck paying much more monthly, so we're incredibly grateful to her! I really enjoyed working with Francesca. She gives great personal attention and explains everything. Refinancing with her so was easy. She checked in every step of the way and explained all documents. It was the easiest process and I would absolutely work with her again and would recommend her. I was very happy working with her.

Francisca was great from the first time we met , very helpful and knowledgeable and experienced in that field.
