I have a very busy schedule with work, Francesca was able to take care of everything so I didn't have to worry about what needed to get done. Francesca and the realtor she works with are an amazing team. Francesca got us pre-qualified and was very knowledgeable in what the best way to go was and was always there to answer every question, always with a smile. Once we found the home we wanted, she was able to set things in motion and we closed within 10 days, just an amazing job. At the closing even the sellers attorney and agent was amazed. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up in my book.

I was a first time home buyer and I am not sure that without Francesca Sourbis I would own my condo. I decided to buy right before going overseas for two months. She guided me every step of the way and the most important is that she was very quick to answer any of my questions. I have quite a few rental properties and I have never had such a pleasant experience! I purchased another property and she was my loan officer. She also just completed a refinance for me. I will be doing another refinance with her in the next month or so! Not only was she nice, she was very informative and understanding! She went the extra mile to make sure that I was able to receive the best rate out there! I will continue to go through her for any future purchases!

Francesca was great! She explained the process that we were going through well. She answered all of our many, many questions throughout the process quickly via phone and email even when they were sent late into the evening. She made the process understandable, and we never felt alone while going through this experience. We would highly recommend using her!
