Dr. DuCoin and his entire staff are professional, personable and a joy to visit. Dr. DuCoin took extra time to educate me, outline a treatment plan and go over it, and then do outstanding work. He listens to my concerns and is sensitive to my preferences. His fees are reasonable. I look forward to visits! I feel I am in VERY competent and caring hands when I am at Dr. DuCoin’s office. He and his staff a so personable and professional. My visit, as always was a pleasant one. The staff is always friendly and makes me comfortable. My procedure went well, and everything was explained to me as it was happening. I called Dr DuCoin's office this morning and said, "I have a toothache." Carolyn, was sympathetic and kind; as well as efficient - she gave me an appointment for today! Dr Du Coin's friendly assistant put me at ease as she listened to my symptoms and took the X-ray. I'm so glad she speaks to the doctor in his language when its time for him to find out what's going on. Doctor diagnosed my problem, and wrote a prescription for an antibiotic. Stopped be office on Monday with the hope that Dr. DuCoin would be able to look at my cracked tooth. Was in the chair within minutes for X-ray and exam. They would be able to see me later that day and replace the broken crown. I was very happy that they were able to see me and fix my teeth on such short notice.
