They were all so knowledgeable, professional and made our home buying experience,... My husband and I had the best experience with Francisco and his team at The Phoenix Mortgage Group. They were all so knowledgeable, professional and made our home buying experience, at least the loan part of it, so smooth. They were on top of everything. I wish more people would handle mortgage loans as good as them. We will definitely use them in the future if we ever refinance.

I couldn't recommend them highly enough, and would definitely work with them ... As first time home buyers, the loan and financing process seemed extremely daunting initially. But working with the team at The Mortgage Phoenix Group made it extremely smooth, from pre-approval right through to closing. They were professional and organized and kept us up to date daily on the status of the loan, as well as answering any concerns or questions we had, in a very prompt and efficient manner. We were able to own our dream home, within the timeframe they estimated, and with the numbers for rates and downpayment amount they had given us at the start. I couldn't recommend them highly enough, and would definitely work with them again for our future loan and financing needs. Thank you guys so much!

If I had any questions at anytime he answered me the same day. Francisco Jara was reassuring in the step by step instructions to escrow. If I had any questions at anytime he answered me the same day.The rest of the team was god sent. I have nothing but praise for them. All I did was provide my info and they did what they said they would. The team always called me to fill me in on any new developments. I was treated like family. And with that I leave you in good hands.

They worked extra hard and were extremely family oriented, the office puppy even ... This place was recommended by my awesome realtor, I'm glad he did. Not only did they provide me with a competitive offer, they worked with me to develop a long term financial plan. I didn't just end up with a mortgage, but a road map on how to look at my investments and tax situation differently. They really came through, especially at the end when there was some confusion surround paperwork.They worked extra hard and were extremely family oriented, the office puppy even paid me a visit a couple of times. When it comes time to refi or buy a new home there's no question I'd come here again.

I was happy with this, because I did not want to buy a house, that every time I ... I could not be more pleased with our experience with the Mortgage Phoenix Group team. From start to finish their professional staff was there to help us through the entire mortgage process. One of the many things that impressed us was the fact that they wanted to find the right mortgage for us, not try to figure out how to stretch our budget to the limit and get a house we really could not afford. I was happy with this, because I did not want to buy a house, that every time I pulled up in the driveway I was seeing a nothing more than a mountain of debt. With our mortgage being affordable, we can truly make our home a place of comfort, rest, and relaxation. Also they did not try to impress us by using a lot of mortgage and finance language tthat we did not understand. They were very helpful in making sure we understood how the entire process worked. Also we were impressed by the fact that they will continue to follow up with us in the coming years to make sure we remain satisfied with our mortgage. Thank you Mortgage Phoenix Group, we could not have asked for a better experience.
