They continually mess up my order, management is non existent and teenagers run the kitchen just take the time and order from somewhere else

Wanted to place an order for 1 chicken finger sub, a 1/2 a chicken finger sub, and a single order of boneless wings for my family. With delivery, the total was $47. Delivery charge was $5.25 for 1 mile down the road and wanted a $5 tip! Canceled my order and went with a different pizzeria. The total was $16 cheaper!!!!! For the same order!!!! Yes, $16 cheaper for the same order! Shame on your business for price gouging!!!! You just lost a long term customer!!!

when franco's actually cooks the food to completion it is quite good. however, they only do that about half of the time. I always ask for my pizza to be extra baked. it rarely is, but it usually is at least mostly baked. tonight I received a floppy, soggy, gross and really badly undercooked pizza. I think this will be the last time I order from them, which is a bummer because I really do love their food when it's actually cooked. 3x they've messed up my order. although they did correct it. I waited for 2 hrs. tonight just to have to call them back. manager said she would send me a free 2 lt. of soda & never received it !! I don't think I will be ordering from here anymore. BTW I tipped the driver both times.
