Pizza and wings are ok at best. Whoever cuts the pizza needs work because the slice sizes are even close and their prices are very high for what they sell. Go to Vito’s or Good Guys. Wayyyyy better.
We ordered food to be delivered at 10 pm, the guy who took the order told us 30-45 mins for delivery. After an hr and 15 mins we called and the girl said she should be there “any second”. 10 mins later still nothing. We called back and the girl who answered the phone got nasty with my friend and told her delivery time is 45-1 hr. Food showed up 10 mins after that. I normally love this place and usually get the chicken cacciatore pizza because it is awesome. Tonight, my fiance picked me up the pizza and brought it back to the falls for me. So far I've eaten 3/4 of the pizza and have picked out 3 strands of hair. If the place was close by I would immediately return it and ask fro a refund. Over $20 for 20 wings on a pickup order and legit get 3 pieces of celery???? Your prices keep going up for less. Becoming very disappointed in Francos.
Usually place pickup orders from another Franco's location, but decided to place a delivery order tonight from the North Tonawanda Payne Ave. location. Ordered online at 6:14 pm. Franco's sent an email at 6:40 pm stating my order was out for delivery. The location I had it delivered to is not more than a 10 minute drive, yet it did not arrive until 7:10 pm - 30 minutes later. Kevin the worst manager ever doesn't try to enderstand the customers and meet they needs he argues with the customers for no reason
They don't know how to listen on the phone and can barely follow verbal orders plus they fall short on following health department rules and procedures Also don't change their oil for at least two weeks and have no clue of what extra crispy means plus have been know to serve half baked pizza
