We order from here every week, but never again. Customer service is an absolute joke! Our order was for med wings, mild wings and a med pizza finger sub. All were much hotter than normal and the sub was so hot we couldn’t eat it and it was prepared incorrectly. The “manager” made the wings herself and “ remembers” that she used the correct sauces. DONT ORDER FROM HERE! WORST service. Delivery 2hrs- very rude on the phone. Bad service!!!!
in every restaurant I have ever order a turkey club from it is made as a cold cut sub maybe toast the bread bacon is hot freshly cooked so it's often in the hot sub section of the menu they literally assemble the sub and then cook the whole thing nobody wants hot ass cold cuts and cooked lettuce tomato onion disgusting what a waste of money never ordering anything but pizza from them again
Recommended$7.50 delivery charge and I only live 2 miles away?! You’re out of your minds! Then you want me to tip your driver too? You’re hurting your drivers, unless they are getting a huge cut on the back end… guess what? I will not ever pay for your delivery again. You lose and your driver loses. Good job

we haven't ordered Francis for months. last time we ordered for delivery it never came. I called and they said oh we never made the order click. they hung up. we waited over an hour to call. no omg we will make and get right out. so we haven't had in over 3 months. daughter wanted. but now I don't care for sauce. it is bland.

worst customer service. can't find your order .....ok here is your refund and it takes 5 to 7 days for your money. my time and money out the door. no problem JUST PIZZA took care of me right across the Blvd and actually .....no charge me for drinks while I waited just 15mins for same order and less expensive. Guess I found a new pizza spot. Thank you.... FRANCOS !!!!
