My husband and I decided to try Francos Pizza as we used to be avid fans. We ordered a medium pizza with mushrooms. First of all, the pizza was so burned that the mushrooms and the crust of the pizza were black. The sauce tasted as if someone opened a can of tomato paste and smeared it over the crust. The sauce was so bitter tasting.

My daughter ordered a small pizza today and had it delivered. They charge $7 to deliver down the street! She called to complain and was told by the "manager" that the price went up 3 weeks ago as if we should have known they were charging so much for delivery. Not to mention she tipped the driver $3, so $10 to deliver a small pizza a tenth of a mile away and a "who cares" attitude from miss "manager". Maybe mention to the customer that delivery without tip is $7. Thumbs down

called for a 6:30 delivery...at 5:00... made the mistake of paying over the phone...they dropped off my pizza and left it outside....and it's 37 degrees out....without telling me where or when...finally called manager ...she told me where my pizza was...so at 7:00 break over ..and I got cold pizza...never again ...warning...don't pay over phone...maybe they will look for you at delivery

Poor customer service, gave me the wrong location as in to where to pick up my food. Misplaced my order, tell me the total of my food was $40 then when I called back told me the total of my food was $46 because they added on a coupon which was supposed to take off the total amount. Place me hold put another person on the phone who had no clue as into what I was ordering, this person told me that adding toppings were $2, when the last person I spoke to told me something totally different. I am EXTREMELY DISATISFIED WITH THIS FRANCOS LOCATION.... My husband ordered our dinner at 9pm... it is now 10:50pm and our wings still haven’t been delivered. We only live 2 MILES away. We called and they kept saying within the next 10 minutes and its been almost two hours. I WOULD LIKE A REFUND BACK.

Horrible service!!! Delivery times were set up and Franco's tried to deliver 45 minutes early. No thanks!! Driver put pizza back in his car and delivered another order and then returned to my school. 2nd issue: $120 pizza and wing order placed 2 days ago.
