The service my husband recieved from Frank has always been GREAT!! However the people handling the paperwork, not so good. There was too much back and forth from them after my husband submitted all documentation, everything they needed from us. Refinancing can be stressful in itself just making sure everything requested is received, but it's even more stressful when things aren't done right and calls are not answered or returned.
