More communication about the loan would have been nice. Even though I have multiple pieces of written communication about the closing date the loan was not prepared for my closing date. A processor told me I would most likely not be able to close an hour before my scheduled closing time. The week before my closing I brought up the mistake in my loan documents where I was not given sellers credit for property taxes paid which I was assured not to worry about.
