The response to my initial request for information was very quick. (Within an hour.) Of all those contacted for our refinanace, Mutual of Omaha had the best rates. They were accurate about the amount of time the whole process would take. A secure method to provide critical documents was provided at every request for information. Everything was done on-line with the exception of signing the final closing documents. The whole process was quick, smooth and secure.
