All concerned are pleasant and helpful. However, doing everything remotely presents some challenges. I found I needed to follow-up throughout the process, to learn where things stood or to get answers to my questions. A question regarding the escrow account (refund of old, funding of new) was not handled prior to closing and I needed to follow-up after to get a resolution. In the end, it was handled to our benefit- which we greatly appreciated. All good in the end - bumpy process.
