We are all challenged during this COVID pandemic and Frank took care of us in a reasonable amount of time. He was pleasant and honest. While many folks are still trying to get loans processed and save money there are people loosing jobs to the unrest of this nation. I wish nothing but the best for Frank and his wonderful team.

Frank did a very good job on the front end getting us the numbers quickly and getting the process kicked off. The only major compliant we had was our closing date continuously being pushed with no communication from anyone at Mutual of Omaha. We had at least 3 different closing dates announced, we blocked time to be available, and then found out less than 24 hrs in advance closing was not happening and we needed to reschedule weeks out. This was frustrating and needed better communication.

Frank pick up the phone whenever we called and if his line was busy or we left a message he called us back within a few minutes, he was always cordial, polite and made us feel at ease with his answers. Thank you Frank! And MoO for hiring a great guy.
