My loan application got lost in the process somewhere and my closing was delayed. Frank’s team did respond as expeditiously as possible when the error was identified, however, my closing was delayed by a few weeks and I needed to submit duplicative information. But for the unfortunate oversight, everything was relatively smooth and the process worked well.
