communication with Frank was excellent, he was very responsive and communicative. However, I would have appreciated if the loan officer and the underwriter working on my application were not stubborn on some issues. In my case, things did get resolved with Frank's help. Without his intervention, I'm not sure if we would have been able to close in time (at one point in time it became very very stressful for us).
