Frank was a great, we connected thru Costco, but we were passed off. Communication suddenly came thru emails from multiple people/addresses. They were hard to identify and keep track of. Timely emails were buried in our inboxes bc no phone calls or texts told to us to expect them. Also, we had to file for a closing extension because paperwork wasn't ready for us in time. Yes, there was a holiday in the way, but 7/4 has been on the calendar for a while. Fortunately, the sellers were flexible.

Frank was prompt at returning my phone call over the weekend and then he locked in my interest rate immediately when requested before the anticipated mid day price change for the worst. While his support team wasn’t able to close in the estimated time frame, Frank took care of the lock extension without charging us for the delay. We are very happy with our interest rate and financing terms.
