There was a lot of miscommunication on behalf of Mutual we started out working with one person and ended up with a different one had to provide the same documentation more than once so they could definitely improve on their transfer of information from one to the other

Frank initiated the mortgage loan process, but in order to finish it up there were several other people that contacted us along the way that cause communication triangulation. This caused unnecessary confusion for them and my wife and I.

Yes I am a little upset that we were under the assumption that we were with Mutual of Omaha not PHH. We were only able to pay Mutual one mortgage payment before they sold it to a terrible loan company. This is why we refinanced before. I wil not direct my friends to you.

The purpose of our refinance was to take out cash for a remodel - the loan was ultimately for a lower amount than we expected but there was no proactive communication from you about this fact.
