Frank is condescending, non-knowledgeable about services to help his customers be successful in a home. Frank made a point during each conversation to say how busy he was with work. It was a very uncomfortable experience, Frank is what you what would describe as nicety (nice/nasty). He presents like he’s going to show up and show out to ensure the customer is serviced professionally, but NOT. He lacks empathy and could improve his communication skills, and education about buyers grant programs.
