Frank could have communicated better early on with us. There were some issues with my credit and it seems that this was not picked until later in the process and delayed our settlement originally scheduled on October 26th. Frank did stay in contact with me at times but I felt the need to email because he didn't call when he said he was. Then he would request information and wouldn't follow up until days later asking for more information. We were very frustrating with the whole process.
