Room well appointed and clean. Loud by the lifts; kept me up until the drunks got in around midnight. Not great for a business trip. Bar staff and food great. Reception a bit miserable, but I would be too if I had to negotiate junk fees at check in!
The staff are kind and helpful. The grocery store next door was convenient. Parking was easy. It is a run down building, but it seems like the staff are doing their best to make it nice.
The staff is impolite and unfriendly; the hotel is basic. The bar was closed during our stay. Its an overpriced hotel because it is part of Hilton hotels but it is inferior.
