My visit was really disappointing. I made an appointment for cleaning and they did examinations and asked me to schedule another appointment for cleaning since they didn’t have enough hygienist. Oh and they have a board outside say they take ‘walk-one’.

Didn’t appreciate the hidden fees after they said that they participate with my insurance.
I would no longer recommend Fresh Dental. Experience was good for the past few years and the staff (Jasmine, Laurence) are excellent. They were great, for example, for making me a comfortable mouthguard. Dr. Ganglani has a great demeanor. The filling he gave me recently broke twice—the second one within hours after biting into soft food. Went back a third time, requested a new dentist. Dr. Bouali did an excellent job. Very disappointed in the service i received from the huntersville office. I recommended not going here. The dentist has lied several times and done horrible work on my teeth. do not trust this office.
