My boyfriend and I love to getaway to NC every once in awhile and everytime we do we come to Friar Tucks. We’ve often had the hot oil fondue - which is amazing. But this time we both opted for the prime rib and it did not disappoint. Mine was a bit more done than I prefer but it was still tender and flavorful. The wine is a decent sized pour and the crème brûlée is yummy! We’ll be back soon.
Good food and a pleasant atmosphere with excellent service
We ate there on New Year’s eve. We had the salmon and the pasta special. Also the Dungeness crab appetizer. Delicious food! The service was excellent too.
Escargot was rubbery and therefore I couldn't eat it. But no other complaints. 99.9% of the time we always love this restaurant. The live music is an added plus!

Service was excellent! The lamb dish was a bit sauce heavy but my husband love the steak with blue cheese.
It was my daughter’s 18th birthday. The food was delicious, the staff was friendly and efficient, the restaurant is beautiful, and there was live music! It was a great night!
Everything thing was amazing. I highly recommend dining here.
