RecommendedUpon arrival, was greeted quickly and got car right in. The service greeter was nice and thorough. Took my car in to get "THE WORKS" oil change special on my car, which was to include a 27 point inspection. well the oil change was done, but they didn't top off fluids or fill washer fluid, and never received a report card like your supposed to get.
