The selection and ease of making my purchase
I have a 2018 Volvo and just took it in for the 10,000 mile service...the people and the service were wonderful... While there I mentioned that my wood grain was splintering...I was told that it would have to get worse before anything would be done with it! A vehicle of this cost and being garage kept absolutely should not have this issue...and it should have been replaced period since it’s a defect at 10,000 miles...shame
Friendship Ford was very helpful and not pushy like other salesmen.
