You all are so friendly.. When we got into an accident and had our truck towed to you guys, and while we were waiting to figure things out, One saleman took time out of his day to talk to us and ask us if we were ok and chatted with us, even gave us a ride to the hotel down the road.. Took my Excursion 7.3 to Friendship just looking to buy some parts for the ole girl. After talking with parts guy he suggested that I talk with the Service manager. Well that scared me a little and my wallet started shaking a little. After talking with “I totally forgot his name, The Bald Guy” I chose to have them do the work. Actually saved me money.
