This dealership is running a bait and switch. They advertise a car online at a good price and when you contact them oh it's suddenly sold but let's help you find another. So I contacted them again a couple days later under a different name and they still have the car for sale. I will be contacting the ftc and any agencies with all my correspondence with them. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

I came in the ford dealership today looking at a ford escape. I was quickly greeted by Tess and Tess showed me the escape I came to look at.I was able to take it for a test drive after talking a little more I ended up test driving 2 more cars! Tess was super helpful and made me very comfortable throughout the process. I ended up buying a 2018 Hyundai Elantra GT after talking to her about my previous car being a Hyundai. Dylan and everyone at friendship Ford is so amazing,this is by far the best dealership that will treat you like family,I love coming there and say hi and talk to everyone there,love how a dealership will do whatever they have to do to make you happy and make you feel comfortable.by far my best dealership,so happy I bought my truck there and soon buy my girlfriend her dream mustang.

I bought a truck last week from a salesman that seemed to not know much about the truck. Only had one key. The general manager wants to charge me $250 for another key, which I don’t think is right. I did not like the way I was treated. I was also told that the truck had been washed and detailed. It was all lies very nasty inside and out. I did not even want to sit in it.
