Exceptional service as always Had a minor dental emergency over the weekend. Called Monday promptly at 8 am requesting a specific time for an appointment. They were able to accommodate that specific time. Other than waiting for 15 min once we arrived (which has never happened before), all staff members were exceptionally courteous, helpful, trying to accommodate some unusual circumstances in our situation. Fabulous Children's Dental practice I was worried since this was my little guy's first dentist experience and could set his feelings about the dentist for life. I can say that this experience was delightful. Everyone was kind, patient and explained things very simply before doing anything. It helped him smile and relax and all went well. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly with me and my son. They made us feel comfortable and educated us well.
Very professional and friendly. The dentist put our kids at ease immediately and let my husband & I know exactly what was going on and what needed to be worked on. It was a great experience all the way around!
Great for scared kids! Great staff and dentist. Spent plenty of time with us. Was surprised the dentist visited every child-we didn't just see the hygienist. Jackie is amazing-she got my 3 year old to do a full set of X-rays! We were late to our appointment due to traffic and they still fit us right in. Great environment for all kids but especially those new to the dentist or with anxiety. Fun games for adults while you wait too!

Frisco Kid's Dentistry, Truly Cares! As a dental hygienist with 4 young children, I would have to say I have very high standards when it comes to the quality of dental care for my family. My children have been patients since 2011 and have not had a negative experience. (even after 2 children had to have teeth pulled!) Dr. Rubin and Dr. Sentelle are great with my children, easing any fears they may have and spend the necessary time needed to inform me on their dental care and needs.
