First dental visit for my son, loved it. We visited this location for my 3yr old's first dental appointment. He was nervous and it wasn't quite the behavior that I had hoped for, however everyone in the office was more than friendly and very understanding. We never felt rushed or like we were being an inconvenience. The hygienist took her time to clean his teeth and Dr Sentelle was more than patient and kind. We absolutely love the staff at Frisco Kids and Dr. Sentelle is amazing. We rarely have to wait very long and the waiting room is something my kids look forward to anyway so even if we do have to wait a few minutes, it's pleasant. Dr. Sentelle is personable and always takes time to chat about things other than teeth. We love this place!

So happy with the ENTIRE OFFICE STAFF!!! This is BY FAR the best pediatric dentist we have been to! From the welcoming front staff, to the fun games in lobby , to dr Rubin and fields!!!they were great with my 20 month old and 11 year old! We will never change dentists! Customers for life!!! Thank you dr Rubin and office!

We loved this place My husband and I had to bring our 2wk old in to have her tooth pulled. Everyone was so polite and professional. They made an uncomfortable experience as comfortable as possible and made sure to explain everything they were doing. Definitely LOVED this place and would recommend it to my friends for their little ones.

Review The experience was overall very good. The staff was GREAT with working with my strong-willed-never-been-to-the-dentist-3-year-old! My only complaint/suggestion would be the wait time from having his teeth cleaned to waiting for the dentist to come it. We waited well over 20 minutes, which is very difficult to do with a small child.
