The service was what my car needed, but the human involvement could have been better. Communication from my point of contact was not what it should have been.

The service is getting expensive here. For every 30K miles after crossing 30K mile mark, we would be spending ~3K approx. just for maintenance here (excluding Tires).
Awesome service from service advisor Edward. He is knowledgeable, friendly and. patient. He understands customers needs. He gave me a loyalty discount which i much appreciated. Great service.
I did not make appointment so could not be served. However the guy I talked helped to check and found there was nothing wrong, only reset the door. They worked. I did not need to be served.
